Solution on the Spot

Do you need an injection of creativity or want to solve that pesky problem once and for all? Does your question or concern only require a minimal amount of time or do you need more immediate advice? No problem!

In your one-hour Solution on the Spot session, I will work with you one-on-one to understand your situation and identify where you need to be. Then I can share unique insights from other organizations I have worked with and brainstorm a creative solution. You will walk away with an action plan for bridging the gap between where you are and where you need to be.

Weekend Intensive

Do you have a big project? Do you want to kick your fundraising into high gear? Do you want to launch a campaign or program and need it all done yesterday? I offer one to five day on-site or off-site “weekend” intensives where I work one-on-one with you (and your team) on the fundamentals, strategy, and execution in a super-fun action-packed intensive.

This is particularly beneficial for those who have worked with a consultant in the past and were ticked off that they were given a binder of things they could never execute. The deliverable for the weekend intensive is a completed working/functioning solution, not a binder or vague concept.

Coaching and Collaboration

For select individuals who are serious about being coached or organizations ready to invest in building sustainable long-term systems for fundraising and development, coaching or collaboration can be the answer.

My coaching and collaboration services are on a retainer basis for a set period of time, usually 18 months to two-years. In this capacity, I typically work with development directors and executive directors on fundraising strategies for their organizations and provide direction on how to implement and execute the development plan.
